The Hi Mountain Steak Rub seals in the natural flavor, further tenderizes the steak and adds a mouth-watering zest that will keep them begging for more.

For foolproof and delicious Western-Style Steak Rub cuts, pull the steaks out of the refrigerator, and let them sit on a clean plate or pan at room temperature for about an hour before grilling. This brings the meat to an even temperature that is best for cooking. When the hour is up, rub the steak with EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil). Neither spray your grill, nor put the rub on before the coating oil. You want to keep all the moisture in your meat, so apply the rub with the EVOO. Then simply cook to your preferred doneness, and serve hot.
